I discovered the importance of function and flow-how a space works is just as vital as how it looks. It’s not just about beautiful furnishings or curated accessories; it’s about creating rooms that support how people move, live, gather and rest.
I became an interior decorator because I’ve experienced first-hand how powerful our surroundings can be in shaping how we feel and live. For me, it began with the desire to make my own home a sanctuary-a place of comfort, beauty and balance amid the demands of daily life and world stress.
As I transformed my space, I became deeply engaged with the emotional and practical impact of design. I discovered the importance of function and flow-how a space works is just as vital as how it looks. It’s not just about beautiful furnishings or curated accessories; it’s about creating rooms that support how people move, live, gather and rest. Every choice, from furniture placement to lighting design, plays a role in creating seamless transitions and purposeful spaces.
Sustainability also became an important part of my design ethos. I love working with pre-loved pieces-items with character, history, and soul-and incorporating eco-conscious choices that are both stylish and kind to the planet. Whether its sourcing vintage furniture, repurposing existing materials, or curating unique finds that tell a story, I believe that interiors can be both meaningful and mindful.
For me, decorating is more than making things look good-its about creating deeply personal environments that feel aligned with who you are and how you want to live. My goal is always to create spaces that are functional, soulful and beautifully curated.
